A formal search is executed at the Lagos State Lands Registry in Alausa. We pull the physical file to confirm: the title is authentic, the land is free from government acquisition, there are no pending litigations or encumbrances, and the chain of title is unbroken from the original root.
We verify the land's excision status and confirm it has been properly gazetted. Critically, we conduct a physical search with the recognized family heads, Baale, or Community Development Association to ensure there are no hidden Omo-Onile claims or community disputes.
